INVESTOR STADIUM REGISTRATION

OVERVIEW

BattleFin is launching a private beta for the BattleFin Stadium App.   Investors can login and follow the daily performance and analytics of the strategies BattleFin has invested in.  The layout, analytics and distribution for liquid investment strategies will be a game changing tool for investors and fund managers.  

The BattleFin Stadium Application offers the most efficient and transparent way for investors to identify and invest in alpha generating investment strategies.

We are not the Yellow Pages.  We only display strategies that have been through our BattleFIn Incubator and that we have invested capital in.  

The investor process: 

• Review the managers on the Stadium Incubator Board
• Select the strategy you like or meet them at our Discovery Day Events
• Sign the Investment Management Agreement (which will be emailed to you)
• Open an Interactive Brokers account in your name (link will be emailed to you)
• Once IB account is funded and linked the strategy starts being traded in your account

1. The BattleFin Stadium App is available only to Qualified Clients, as defined by the SEC, who agree to our terms & conditions below. Qualified Client definition and increase of Net Worth Requirement to $2.1 Million.

2. The Investor agrees to go through BattleFin to invest in the strategies displayed and not circumvent BattleFin in any way to access the Managers' investment adviser services.   There is no double layer of fees.   BattleFin offers risk management, middle office and marketing oversight.  

3. The Investor confirms their understanding that the manager performance numbers displayed on the BattleFin Stadium App are provided and pulled directly from the prime broker accounts and are daily gross numbers.  Managers are asked to review and verify performance data. Errors can occur.

4. The Investor agrees and acknowledges that manager selection, due diligence and any investment allocation decisions are their own.

5. The Investor has read and agrees with the BattleFin Disclaimers & Privacy Rules. 

After Agreeing to the terms and conditions, your login credentials for the Stadium App will be sent to your email if you are approved.

All Investor applications are subject to review and final approval by BattleFin.
