## All BattleFin events leverage our Bi-Directional meeting scheduler over our Ensemble Platform.

- Data Buyers log in to make their selections on the event catalog 2-3 weeks before the event.
- Data Providers log in 1 week before the event and can invite Data Buyers to meet with them.
- Data Buyers can Accept or Decline the meeting request.
- Meeting schedules typically come out 1-2 days before the event on Ensemble but can change up to the day of the event so please login and check often.
