Set Up

How is it that LaunchPad can set up hedge funds in 2-4 weeks vs 3-4 months?

By standardizing and partnering with Tier 1 service providers we are able to streamline the hedge fund set up process.  We are also able to utilize technology solutions to automate a large number of the tasks. 

Our basic method is:

• Understand the needs of the manager 
• Set the structure up correctly for the manager
• Work with the manager on marketing materials
• Allow managers to start developing their track record
• After 3 months of performance managers performance is included on the BattleFin Leaderboard
• Top performers are introduced to our partners 

How much does it cost?

By negotiating bulk service provider deals and utilizing a Series LLC structure for the platform we keep costs extremely low.

We know that in the beginning keeping costs low can be the difference of Success or Failure. We are aligning ourselves with the managers we bring on to the platform.

Here are the costs:

• Legal set up - $5k upfront fee
• Fund Administration & services - $750 per month
• Audit - $10k *intro rate only for new members and up to a certain number of inv, paid after first year
• Platform fee - $500 per month (intro rate limited to first 25 registered, will increase thereafter)
