Tom has 15 years of experience investing across global equity markets, with unique expertise in small cap emerging markets stocks. Tom has covered all regions and sectors, performing rigorous fundamental analysis at the country, industry, and company levels. Most recently, Tom was a Senior Research Analyst at Copper Rock Capital Partners.

Sarah Smith

Senior Director, Edison

Sarah Smith is Senior Director at Edison Software, Inc., where she drives the company’s sales operations and specializes in cultivating rewarding relationships with organizations in the financial sector.

Prior to joining Edison Software, she worked at Intercontinental Exchange and Standard and Poor’s, leading providers of financial data and analytics. There she managed Enterprise Solutions sales efforts for the financial marketplace and developed a rich knowledge of real-time, regulatory, and alternative data.

Avinash Srinivasan

Fundamental Equity Analyst, Fable Data

Avinash is an experienced equity analyst with previous experience in Australia and the UK, most recently at Macquarie Group before joining Fable Data. Avinash has covered, analysed and valued publicly listed companies across multiple sectors including Fintech and Technology, where he provided investment insights to fund management clients.

Avinash is a CFA Charterholder and has a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) from Monash University, Australia. Avinash also has a keen interest in investing, technology and data analytics, most recently completing a fintech programme at Oxford University.

Tim Harrington

CEO & Co-Founder, BattleFin

Tim is a co-founder and CEO of BattleFin Group Inc. BattleFin is an ecosystem focused on bringing alternative data to the world through BattleFin’s Ensemble© Technology Platform. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Tim was the President and a Partner at Lion’s Path Capital, a hedge fund strategy incubator where he allocated capital to 30 fundamental and systematic portfolio managers since the launch in 2009. From January 2006 until 2009, Mr. Harrington was a Portfolio Manager at J.P. Morgan Ventures where he was in charge of Global Technology, Media & Telecom Investments. From February 2002 until January 2006 he was a Telecom & Media Portfolio Manager at Sigma Capital, a subsidiary of SAC Capital. Mr. Harrington graduated from Columbia College in 1998. He was a member of the Columbia University Judiciary Board as well as a member of the varsity crew team.
