CEO, Revelio Labs

Ben Zweig is the CEO of Revelio Labs, a workforce intelligence company. Revelio Labs leverages the latest advances in AI research methods to create structured and accurate representations of raw labor data contained in millions of resumes, online profiles, and job postings. Revelio Labs’ mission is to provide unique insights and uncover trends in Human Capital, empowering businesses and investors.

He also teaches Data Science at NYU Stern. Prior to starting Revelio Labs, Ben has worked as a Managing Data Scientist in the IBM Chief Analytics Office and as a Quantitative Strategist at an Emerging Market hedge fund. He holds a PhD in Economics from the CUNY Graduate Center and has done research in Occupational Transformation and Social Mobility.

Tom Ashenmacher

SVP of Growth, LinkUp

Tom heads up growth initiatives at LinkUp, overseeing the revenue teams across all markets including human capital, corporate, and the capital markets. Before joining LinkUp, Tom worked in various revenue-generating roles at Thomson Reuters and Sovos. Having spent the last 8 years with LinkUp, Tom has a thorough understanding of the labor market and LinkUp’s unique and predictive dataset.

Tim Harrington

CEO, BattleFin

Tim is a co-founder and CEO of BattleFin Group Inc. BattleFin is an ecosystem focused on bringing alternative data to the world through BattleFin’s Ensemble© Technology Platform. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Tim was the President and a Partner at Lion’s Path Capital, a hedge fund strategy incubator where he allocated capital to 30 fundamental and systematic portfolio managers since the launch in 2009. From January 2006 until 2009, Mr. Harrington was a Portfolio Manager at J.P. Morgan Ventures where he was in charge of Global Technology, Media & Telecom Investments. From February 2002 until January 2006 he was a Telecom & Media Portfolio Manager at Sigma Capital, a subsidiary of SAC Capital. Mr. Harrington graduated from Columbia College in 1998. He was a member of the Columbia University Judiciary Board as well as a member of the varsity crew team.

Ish Pandher

Chief Strategy Officer, BattleFin

Ish Pandher was formerly Managing Director at WorldQuant LLC where he built a very successful alpha crowd sourcing business in addition to launching other initiatives in quant research and data space. Prior to WorldQuant LLC, he was responsible for equity trading technology initiatives at Nomura Securities. He designed and built solutions for discretionary and quant prop traders, systematics trading teams and equity derivatives, portfolio & cash desks. This covered order management, algos, low latency market data & access, PNL & Risk, trading surveillance and designing processes to capture one-off deals. He spent early years of his career at AT&T Labs and Bell Labs working on optical networking and its applications. Ish has an MBA from UPenn and Bachelors in Computer Science & Engineering. He was most recently busy in building out a product at a startup to make alternative data adoption more efficient in the research pipeline.
