The collaboration will put the Ensemble platform in front of Amazon’s financial services and other client segments to offer them an end to end alternative data solution.  Whereas Ensemble had focused on Sourcing, Testing and Evaluating datasets the collaboration with AWS Data Exchange now offers Billing and Data Distribution.   
 
We continue to see the alternative data industry evolve and that the successful data buying firms in the space are focused on combining datasets.  BattleFin will be working with data providers that join to map datasets to PermID in order for data buyers to make easier dataset combinations.  This collaboration will create the largest data catalog in the industry with over 3,300+ datasets.  BattleFin will also be working with Data Providers to help them surface interesting insights with the use of Exploration Kits:

Data providers on Ensemble can participate and will be listed on both platforms. This will all fall under the Ensemble MSLA and will be the same rev share, with no additional charges.
