Zachary Dan is the CEO of Act Analytics, a leading provider of real time ESG signals derived from trusted independent news to inform alpha and manage risk. Zach previously worked as a quantitative analyst and developed systematic strategies in the investment industry, where he honed his Natural Language Processing skills (NLP) and realized the associated opportunity for better ESG data.

 He holds an MS in Computer Science from The Georgia Institute of Technology, specializing in Machine Learning. He also holds a BSE in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Michigan.

Zara Nanu

Dr. Zara Nanu is the CEO of Gapsquare, which offers diversity and equality data intelligence through innovative technology, supporting companies to reimagine the future of work. Zara Nanu has long been a powerful advocate for workplace equality and wider fair pay. Starting her career combating human trafficking and campaigning on women’s rights issues, Zara is now at the forefront of the push for technology to build more inclusive workplaces. Zara sits on the Global Future Council on New Agenda for Equity and Social Justice at World Economic Forum, has spoken and written for various global equity strategy organisations and is part of the UN Global Compact Network UK (GCN UK).

Blake Scott

President, Waste Analytics

Blake has been a leader in the oil and gas sector for more than 25 years and pioneered the drilling-waste recycling industry. He is considered an expert on oil and gas wastes and has received multiple awards and recognitions for his work in oil and gas waste management. Blake has presented to organizations such as the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission (IOGCC), has served on ITRC’s Solidification/Stabilization Team and as an expert for GRI’s Oil and Gas Sector Standard. Blake has a BA and MBA from Texas Christian University.

Alexandra Mihailescu Cichon

EVP of Sales and Marketing, RepRisk

Alexandra Mihailescu Cichon joined RepRisk in 2013 and is the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Over her tenure, she has established and led RepRisk’s globally distributed Sales, Partnerships, Client Relationship Management, Sales Operations, and Marketing & Communications teams.  

Before joining RepRisk, Alexandra worked on the Global Sustainability Affairs team at Credit Suisse, focusing on environmental and social risk management, green business opportunities, corporate responsibility reporting, and employee engagement. Prior to this, she worked at the US headquarters of Mercedes-Benz, holding positions within brand marketing and business development. 

Alexandra holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), in Switzerland, with an exchange semester at the HEC Paris (École des hautes études commerciales de Paris), in France. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (honors), and a Certificate in International Studies from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, USA.

Boris Spiwak

Director of Marketing, Thinknum Alternative Data

Boris Spiwak is Director of Marketing at Thinknum Alternative Data and KgBase. He previously worked as a Financial Manager at Procter & Gamble's EMEA HQ in Geneva, Switzerland, and as VP Finance in one of Colombia's largest hotel chains. Boris holds degrees in Political Economy and Finance from Princeton, the London School of Economics, and HEC Paris. Originally from Venezuela, Boris has lived in over half a dozen countries. He enjoys cycling and is an investor in La Leyenda.
