Divya Shroff is an experienced consumer insights, marketing, and strategy professional with a focus on building brands and new products. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Market Research Solutions at SurveyMonkey, Divya helps identify customer needs, market new product launches, and develop SurveyMonkey's portfolio of products.

Prior to SurveyMonkey, Divya worked on the client side at Constellation Brands on the consumer insights team, working on brands like Kim Crawford, Ruffino, and Corona; before that, she worked on the supplier side at Nielsen BASES. Divya grew up in Mumbai, India and has an MBA from the University of Southern California. She lives in San Francisco and enjoys exploring the Bay Area, traveling (back when that was possible!), watching soccer (go Arsenal!) and spending time with friends and family.

Dave oversees SurveyMonkey’s sales efforts within the Financial Services vertical for the Market Research solution. He has 14 years of experience in the equity research and alternative data industry, helping to consult on and execute complex market research programs for top customers within the investment management, hedge fund, private equity, and equity research industries. Having previously worked at top-tier market research and data providers like Bloomberg, IHS Markit, and GfK, Dave joined SurveyMonkey in 2019.

Tim Harrington

Co-Founder & CEO, BattleFin

Tim is a co-founder and CEO of BattleFin Group Inc. BattleFin is an ecosystem focused on bringing alternative data to the world through BattleFin’s Ensemble© Technology Platform. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Tim was the President and a Partner at Lion’s Path Capital, a hedge fund strategy incubator where he allocated capital to 30 fundamental and systematic portfolio managers since the launch in 2009. From January 2006 until 2009, Mr. Harrington was a Portfolio Manager at J.P. Morgan Ventures where he was in charge of Global Technology, Media & Telecom Investments. From February 2002 until January 2006 he was a Telecom & Media Portfolio Manager at Sigma Capital, a subsidiary of SAC Capital. Mr. Harrington graduated from Columbia College in 1998. He was a member of the Columbia University Judiciary Board as well as a member of the varsity crew team.
